What is the FEELING behind what your daily actions are about?
What motivates you to skip the gym or go?
What motivates you to say yes or no?
What motivates you to shop or run or gossip.
What’s the FEELING that you’re chasing?
I encourage you to open to how it could be if you honored more of who you are already. Instead of seeking something external to you (validation, praise, material goods), which might be very beautiful things, but consider if they might just be a holding pattern or a means to an end, not the end itself for you right now.
To feel good, we can just feel good, right? It's there for us at each moment.
