Starting each day with a smile happens naturally when you come to the realization that this day will never come again.
Start to wake up to your life as it is right now. Open your eyes. Really see what is in front of you rather than what you want to see.
Have you stopped and thought lately how things could be different if they aren’t as you want them right now?
We have all these programmed settings in us at any given time and these settings become repeated programs over time that lay down neural networks and become our reality.
Entering each new day with a blank slate is a good one. Not holding
old grudges and pre-judgments from the day before. Open up to
possibility and look at each day like a blank canvas that can be
painted with whatever comes up that day. Some things may be bright
and vibrant and better than expected, and others may lack lustre
and anything to write home about. It doesn’t matter. It’s your
life.
Are you living your life by the expectations of others. Expectations from years ago, or are you stuck wishing for something that has no basis in reality.
Let go of those old “should” and “have to” scripts and start designing your life starting with your thoughts.
