This week on the podcast, I interview the incredible Samantha Montpetit-Huynh one of the founders of Bellies Inc.

Samantha Montpetit-Huynh is the mother of two incredible and talented girls and we talk about raising daughters in this current environment. Sam shares her brilliance around pre- and postnatal core and pelvic floor rehab and was one of the original teachers of mine who led me down this path.

She shares her why “ab rehab” is so important and how she went down this route with her clients as a personal trainer. She has amazing pelvic floor and core knowledge and shares her PF/core tips here for download.
